September 2019 Update (Multi-Factor Authentication & Partners)

We’re excited to complete and offer new updates this month to the BRED platform. Our team has been working hard around the clock to improve the security and experience of our users which is why we’ve added

1. An option for Google Multi-Factor Authentication login.
2. A new Partner Program.
3. Offers/Listings without any expiry dates.

Google Multi-Factor Authentication
We’re doing all we can to make our platform safe and now offer 2FA for your assurance. You can download the Google Authentication app from the App Store or Google Play Store. To turn on the Google MFA, simply go to the Settings section of your account, and toggle on the Google MFA switch. The next time you login, you’ll be asked to enter the code from your app. This setting can be turned off anytime as long as you have access to your code and account password!

Partner Program
This month we’re excited to announce new partnerships with our BRED Partners. Our BRED Partners are consignment stores across Canada and offer a wide range of hyped sneakers which will be available to purchase soon on BRED.  You can find out more details about our partners on the BRED Partners page.

Offers/Listings without any expiry dates
To make things easier for our users, we removed expiry dates entirely when creating a new offer or listing. This way, you won’t have to renew your offers/listings every 30 or so days and just remove them whenever you want. Make sure to keep an eye on your offers/listings and update them regularly to avoid any cancellation fees.
